Coverage is provided for up to two consecutive hours. Because events operate on a set schedule, clients are encouraged to plan important moments—such as presentations, performances, announcements or group photos—within the scheduled coverage window.
Your package includes one 30-second promotional highlight reel capturing the energy, atmosphere and memorable moments from your event.
Additional event photography coverage may be available for $100 per additional hour, subject to photographer availability.

Package pricing applies to events within the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Events outside DFW may require an additional travel fee. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed and confirmed before your event is finalized.
